Hike & Mindfulness Yoga in the Park is a guided wellness experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. We'll begin with a peaceful group hike through the beautiful Valley Garden Park trail which is a 1.1 mile hike (60% paved), followed by a gentle mindfulness yoga session suitable for all levels. Together, we'll create space to release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a positive way to spend your morning, this experience offers an opportunity to step away from the noise and reconnect with what matters most.
No experience is necessary. Just bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to be present.
