About the Author

Vinita Dubey Pande is a spiritual author, teacher, and seeker based in Northern California. After a successful 30-year career in IT leadership, she dedicated herself fully to spiritual practice, teaching, and writing. Drawing on over three decades of study in Vedic philosophy, Kriya Yoga, and other wisdom traditions, she now guides seekers through meditation and spiritual learning.
