First Sunday Neighborhood Walking Tours

Enjoy a guided walking tour through the heart of historic Pullman! For 50 years, Historic Pullman Foundation has shared the powerful stories of this vibrant, iconic neighborhood, where living history and American heritage come to life around every corner.

Advance ticket sales have ended, but you can still get tickets at the door!

Some consider August the best month in Chicago! We consider it a perfect chance to get outdoors and enjoy a guided tour of the Historic Pullman District!This neighborhood tour explores how Pullman town and its people played an important role in the development of American industry, rail innovation, urban design, and the labor movement. Guided tours are available to the public from May through October. Tours depart the Exhibit hall at 1:30 p.m. and last about 90 minutes. Tickets include an overview in the Pullman Exhibit Hall and a walking distance of about a mile.Tickets purchased in advance are $15 for general admission, $10 for students and seniors, and Free for children under 12. At the door, tickets increase to $20 for general admission and $15 for students and seniors.

Tickets include access to the Exhibit Hall, please note, come early if you want to see our new exhibit: From Wrecking Ball to National Park!After the tour, visit the Pullman National Historical Park Visitor Center, open from 9:00-5:00 every day, for an overview of Pullman, the man, the company, and the town. If you enjoy your tour and/or your visit to the Exhibit Hall, please donate to support the Historic Pullman Foundation, the official friend&#x27;s group of the National Park. Your donations keep the money local and help both organizations share the amazing story that is Pullman.
