How Veterans Position Toward 100% Permanent & Total (P&T)

This free virtual workshop is designed for veterans who:

• Have never filed a VA disability claim and do not know where to start
• Are currently rated between 70%–90% and feel stuck
• Want to better understand how VA disability ratings are actually built
• Want to learn what 100% Permanent & Total (P&T) means
• Need help understanding service connection, documentation, VA math, and functional impact

In this workshop, we discuss how VA disability ratings are determined and how many veterans strategically position themselves toward 100% Permanent & Total over time.

Topics include:

• Understanding how VA disability ratings work
• VA math and combined ratings
• Commonly underdeveloped areas in claims
• Functional impact and why it matters
• Mental health service connection
• Documentation and medical evidence
• Personal statements and supporting evidence
• C&P exam preparation and common mistakes
• Strategic ways veterans build stronger claims
• Starting head-to-toe when evaluating conditions
• Key steps veterans take to secure and protect their ratings
• Introduction to CFR 38 and how ratings are evaluated

This workshop is educational only and is intended to help veterans become more informed, organized, and prepared throughout the VA claims process.

This workshop does NOT encourage exaggeration, dishonesty, or manipulation of the VA claims process. Veterans are encouraged to work with accredited VSOs, claims agents, attorneys, and medical professionals when appropriate.

The live class is approximately one hour. Additional time is often available afterward for general questions and guidance.
