A 90-minute immersive experience designed to help you gently shift out of mental overactivity and into a deeply relaxed, receptive state of hypnosis.

Many people have experienced meditation. Hypnosis goes a step further. Meditation helps you see the room. Hypnosis helps you rearrange the furniture, making space for new possibilities, perspectives, and patterns.

Using guided hypnosis in a safe group setting, Cassidy will lead participants through a restorative inner journey designed to help quiet the conscious mind, access the subconscious, and create space for meaningful insight, healing, and transformation.

Each experience includes a luxurious SHINE yoga bed setup with props, blankets, eye masks, and supportive comfort elements so you can fully soften into the experience.

At the beginning of the evening, Cassidy will briefly introduce:

• How the conscious and unconscious mind work together
• How beliefs and patterns are formed
• Brainwave states and where hypnosis lives
• How hypnosis supports transformation at the root level

From time to time, workshops may explore specific themes such as sleep, stress, confidence, or releasing limiting patterns, while still remaining accessible to anyone seeking deep rest and inner recalibration.

The experience will close with grounding, reflection, and gentle integration back into the body.

About Cassidy Green

Cassidy Green is a Certified Hypnotist and nervous system practitioner based in Columbus, Ohio, working with clients worldwide through both in-person and online sessions.

Her work blends hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, and nervous system support to help heart-centered individuals shift repeating patterns at the root. Cassidy is certified through the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICBCH), the International Hypnosis Association (IHA), and the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH).
