Intro to Block Printing: Tea Towels

Participants will design and carve a personalized 4″ x 6″ linoleum block, then use it to print a one-of-a-kind design onto a tea towel provided during class. You’ll be able to test carve using erasers, and test print on scrap fabric before diving in. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take your custom block with you so you can continue printing at home!

This class is great for beginners and people who have tried block printing and want to re-learn the basic techniques. You’ll leave with a unique, functional tea towel and a new creative skill to enjoy. All materials are provided.
