Learn just how fun—and surprisingly simple—it can be to make beautiful Italian macarons from scratch! This beginner‑friendly, hands‑on class is the perfect way to dive into the colorful world of meringue‑based baking.

Guided by our expert instructor, you’ll learn how to whip glossy Italian meringue, fold batter to the perfect consistency, and pipe evenly sized macaron shells. You’ll bake them to delicate perfection, then fill them with a variety of decadent buttercreams, ganaches, or fruity fillings.

NY Cake Academy classes are held in our Manhattan flagship at 118 W 22nd St. All supplies and materials are included. If you require special accommodations, please contact custom@nycakeacademy.com. Classes are hands‑on, interactive experiences.

Please dress accordingly. We recommend casual clothing you don’t mind getting a little sugar on, and flat comfortable shoes. Open‑toed shoes and sandals are not recommended for safety reasons. Long hair should be tied back.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class start time. Class will start promptly at the listed time.
Important: Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class and will forfeit their tuition. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
