The Italian Cultural & Community Center's mission is to advance, celebrate and preserve Italian culture and heritage through educational, cultural and social offerings for everyone: those of Italian descent, Italian expatriates living in Houston and Italophiles, non-Italians who are interested in Italy and its culture. The Italian Language School is a professional institution which teaches and promotes the Italian language and culture. Italian language classes are held year-round for adults and children and range from beginner to advanced level.

Get ready for your Italian getaway! In this introductory, in-person Italian language class, you'll learn essential words and phrases that will help you travel with confidence in il Bel Paese. This course will focus on how to approach people and ask simple questions while touring the city, dining out, shopping, and more. Role-playing and basic conversation practice will be employed.Never studied Italian? That's okay! Our Italian for Travelers class is perfect for beginner students interested in acquiring basic communication skills. <h4>Details</h4>When: Mondays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., August 18 through September 29 (no class on Labor Day, September 1)Where: Italian Cultural &amp; Community Center, 1101 Milford Street, Houston, TX 77006Price: $250 ICCC Members | $275 General Admission Cancellation Policy: Due to high demand for courses, tuition is non-refundable. We offer tuition credit toward a future group class if you cancel 48 hours in advance of the start of the first class. Tuition credit is valid for six months from the date issued. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, your tuition payment will be converted into a tax-deductible donation to the Italian Cultural &amp; Community Center. No credits or refunds will be given to students who miss a portion of the class. To cancel your reservation, email us at School@iccchouston.com. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
