Leaders are often forced to make consequential decisions before all the facts are known. This interactive workshop explores how to make sound ethical judgments when rules, incentives, and institutional pressures do not clearly align. Through real-world decision scenarios, participants will examine how to lead responsibly when every option carries risk. Pre-registration is required.
