Juneteenth Rise & Restore: A Nature Walk, Yoga and Sound Experience
Reclaim rest, breath, and presence this Juneteenth through a nature walk, yoga, sound healing, and reflection.
In honor of Juneteenth, we gather to honor liberation through rest, breath, softness, and presence.
Join Act 2 Walk Club and RESTORE Her Wellness for Juneteenth Rise & Restore: Nature Walk, Yoga & Sound Experience — a restorative morning designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and reconnect in community.
This 2-hour experience begins outdoors with a guided nature walk led by Act 2 Walk Club, then transitions indoors for gentle yoga led by Johnique and sound healing led by Toyia of RESTORE Her Wellness.
We’ll begin with a brief Juneteenth grounding, one collective breath, and a moment to honor liberation and those who came before us. Near check-in, guests will also be invited to place a written name, prayer, or intention into a remembrance bowl.
After the walk, yoga, and sound healing, we’ll close with a sacred remembrance and libation ceremony honoring liberation, legacy, and those who came before us after which we will have time for reflection for each woman to consider what she is reclaiming in this season.
Each guest will also receive a Juneteenth takeaway and a coupon toward a future RESTORE Her class or steam.
This is more than a workout. It is a morning of movement, stillness, remembrance, and restoration.
