What age does my child need to be to attend?

Accepted Answer

All children in graded Kindergarten through 6th (based on 2025-2026 school year) are encouraged to attend!

Question 2

What can I expect as a parent/guardian when arriving?

Accepted Answer

Children should arrive between 5:30pm-6:00pm. You will check in your child(ren)in with our Registration Team who will give you a tag containing your child's name and an individual code. Once complete your child will join our team in the auditorium. You are free to leave once your child is settled.

Question 3

What can  I expect when returning to pick up my children?

Accepted Answer

You will need to have the coded tag received at drop-off when returning for child-pick-up. To ensure the safety of the children we require all parents/guardians have the appropriate matching sticker available when picking up at the end of each day.

Question 4

Can I stay with my child during the event?

Accepted Answer

No. While it is our heart to host the entire family, due to space as well as requiring background checks for all persons over the age of 18, this event is set to host only the ages specified.

Question 5

What time does the event each day?

Accepted Answer

Doors will open for pick-up at 7:45PM. All children must by picked up by 8:15PM both days.
