Wondering if this is the right ride for you? Novice mountain bikers are comfortable on a bike and have basic mountain biking skills. This includes staying balanced, braking smoothly and in control (especially when going downhill), and shifting their weight to stay stable on uneven or sloped terrain.

Led by super friendly and supportive ride leaders. Expect a relaxed pace, encouragement, and a great community vibe - perfect for building confidence and skills on the trail!. Meet at Hale, Cat Rock Field Lot, 65 Carby St, Westwood at 5:45pm, ride rolls out at 6:00pm. Full-suspension is encouraged. MTB-specific helmet and lights required (as some points in the season).
