Join us every Monday for our Lap Swim Moai, a fun and supportive group dedicated to moving naturally, building healthy habits, and encouraging one another through swimming. Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or just getting back into the pool, this is a welcoming space to stay active, reduce stress, and connect with others in the community. Lap swim is limited to ages 16 years and older.

Swimming together helps keep us accountable, boosts our energy, and supports lifelong health, one lap at a time. Based on the number of participants, swimmers may be asked to share lanes, helping us create a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.
