Create a roadmap for your future and leave a lasting legacy for your loved ones. Estate planning, life planning, and legacy workshops are presented by legal experts to help you plan for the unexpected and ensure your wishes are carried out.

Protect your family’s future with an estate plan. Work with an experienced attorney to ensure your estate is passed down to the next generation.Workshop will cover:<ul><li>Last Will and Testament</li><li>Power of Attorney for Finances</li><li>Ladybird Deed</li><li>Trust Agreement</li></ul>To obtain free legal services through the City of Detroit program, you must own a home in the city and be at or below the 300% poverty level ($46950 for 1or $63450 for 2)There is also another program for Wayne County residents 60 and older, who can obtain the same legal documents for free if they attend this workshop.
