Not Allowed: Backpacks, beach bags, large bags, hard or soft coolers, oversized purses, etc. 
Allowed: Clear plastic bags no larger than 12”x12”x6”; small non-clear clutches or wristlets no larger than 5”x8”x2”; adult diaper bags; diaper bags allowed with infants; medical-necessary personal care bag

BOTTLE POLICY (SECURITY MAY REFUSE NON-COMPLIANT BOTTLES)

Not Allowed: Metal; non-plastic water bottles; frozen water bottles
Allowed: Factory-sealed plastic water bottles up to 1 liter; empty clear/transparent non-branded plastic bottles, bottles cannot be larger than 1L or 34 oz; any non-clear bottle must be empty and shown open for inspection

BIKES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, MOBILITY DEVICES

Not Allowed: Bicycles, electronic bicycles (e-bikes), scooters, skateboards, or other personal mobility devices (excluding ADA-compliant mobility devices); any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by event security

ANIMAL POLICY

Accepted Answer

Only trained service animals required for a guest with a disability are permitted; pets and emotional support animals are not permitted

FAN CONDUCT (RESPECTFUL CONDUCT REQUIRED)

Accepted Answer

Disruptive behavior, harassment, intoxication, or failure to follow security instructions may result in removal from the event; event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate

ENTRY PROCEDURES

Accepted Answer

Entry is subject to venue capacity and security clearance. Guests will be required to queue for security screening checkpoints prior to entering. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for security screening and entry.  Lines and wait times may vary throughout the day.

RE-ENTRY PROCEDURES (ALL RE-ENTRIES WILL REQUIRE SECURITY SCREENING)

Accepted Answer

Guests who exit the ticketed Fan Zone will receive a date-specific hand stamp at the exit gate. Upon return, the hand stamp will be verified visually at the primary security screening checkpoint. No Eventbrite ticket re-scan is required.

FINAL MATCH

Accepted Answer

Re-entry closes at the start of the final match each evening. Clear guest-facing signage will be posted at the exit gate communicating this policy.

ACCESSIBILITY

Accepted Answer

The Fan Zone is designed to be accessible to all guests. Individuals requiring accommodation should contact event staff onsite for assistance.

WEATHER POLICY

Accepted Answer

The Fan Zone operates rain or shine. Programming and operating hours may be modified or suspended due to severe weather, public safety guidance, or other operational considerations.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Accepted Answer

Guests should be aware of their surroundings and report any suspicious activity to event staff or security. In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from event personnel and public safety officials.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA NOTICE

Accepted Answer

By entering the Fan Zone, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Event footage and photography may be used for broadcast, promotional, and commercial purposes in connection with the event.

Items found onsite should be turned into event staff or site security. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
