Barrington’s White House is excited to bring its “Lunch & Learn'' cultural event series back in our 3rd floor ballroom.  Community members are invited to bring their lunch and enjoy discussions, demonstrations, and more on a variety of topics.

Take time to prioritize your health with Nurse Practitioner Amy Paulus, a trusted expert in weight management, nutrition counseling, and overall wellness, and Michael Paulus, Certified Health Coach, from Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.This engaging session will explore practical strategies for balanced eating, sustainable health habits, and simple lifestyle changes that lead to long-term wellness. Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, refine your nutrition, or make lasting improvements to your health, Amy and Michael will provide expert insights and actionable tips to help you on your journey.This event is part of Barrington’s White House’s continuing Lunch &amp; Learn series. Community members are invited to bring their lunch and enjoy discussions, demonstrations, and more on a variety of topics. Tickets are $15 per person and include non-alcoholic beverages.
