Joining us is Chef Timothy Hollingsworth, known for combining classic technique with bold, approachable cooking. After training at The French Laundry and earning the James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef, he’s now the chef partner behind Hundredfold, a new French-American brasserie opening this year in Belmont, New York, and Atlanta.
Attendees will receive the Zoom link and recipes in an email 48 hours and 1 hour prior to the class. If you can't make it, a recording will be emailed to registrants.
