A salon-style events series curated by Cactus Store and Nonhuman Teachers, HORT/CULTURE is an act of interdisciplinary cross-pollination that brings together the diverse artists, thinkers and nonhuman lifeforms that make our wondrous world wonderful.

W﻿e are honored to be joined by <a href="http://www.marylattimore.net/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mary Lattimore</a> and <a href="http://www.ceciliavicuna.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cecilia Vicuña</a>, titans of their respective fields, for an evening of ecstatic beauty. Afterparty to follow at the CS NYC bamboo garden where we&#x27;ll be pouring the finest selection Grecian wines, lovingly curated by <a href="https://zrswines.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ZRS Wines</a> and <a href="https://knitwine.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">KNiT Wine</a>. *﻿**IMPORTANT NOTE***D﻿ue to ongoing technical issues at the venue, the first half the evening&#x27;s programming will be taking place in the Cactus Store gardens at 5 Essex Street. Doors will open at 7PM and we will be offering complimentary wine and beer. Cecilia Vicuna will be performing at 8PM, followed by Mary Lattimore in the West Room of Nine Orchard at 8:45PM. We apologize for the inconvenience.-﻿-M﻿ary Lattimore is a world-renowned composer and harpist based in Los Angeles. She has released a number of <a href="https://www.discogs.com/artist/1111064-Mary-Lattimore" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">critically acclaimed albums</a>, including 2020&#x27;s <a href="https://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/mary-lattimore-silver-ladders/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Silver Ladders</a>, and continues to <a href="https://www.bandsintown.com/a/1147239-mary-lattimore" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">tour extensively</a> around the globe. We are delighted to catch Mary amidst her summer touring schedule for an intimate performance.-﻿-C﻿ecilia Vicuña is an artist whose works merge poetry, visual art, and activism to create captivating experiences. Currently based between Santiago, Chile and New York, Vicuña has become an international force over the course of her 50+ year career. We are incredibly lucky to host such an accomplished artist for a special performance that will span the Cactus Store NYC gardens and Nine Orchard&#x27;s West Room.
