Build core strength, improve flexibility, and find mental clarity in this FREE Mat Pilates class designed for all fitness levels and ages!

About This Event

Ridgefield Park's Mayor's Wellness Campaign is proud to offer Mat Pilates sessions led by Christina Jung from Triseven Studios. This class uses body weight and paced movement to tone the body, perfect for those who need a core workout. You don't need to be flexible to start—Pilates is about so much more than flexibility. It's a way to quiet your mind and tap into the natural flow of the universe while building strength from within.

What to Expect:

About Your Instructor

Christina Jung is the founder and director of Triseven Studios. Her mission is to help people achieve their health goals and live a vibrant, healthy, and happy lifestyle. Christina teaches Reformer Pilates and yoga, focusing on body alignment to prevent injuries and help students connect with their body. She has trained with Om Factory, Polestar Pilates and IM=X Pilates, and holds a BA in Philosophy & Religion from Rutgers University.

Accessibility Note: If you need elevator access, please enter through the Nutrition Center. The loft doors only have stair access.

About the Mayor's Wellness Campaign

This program is part of the statewide Mayor's Wellness Campaign, a community health initiative led by the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute in partnership with the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. These classes were chosen based on resident votes—we heard you, and this campaign is for YOU!

Important Information:

  • Registration is required
  • Limited capacity—register early to secure your spot
  • Free to Ridgefield Park residents
  • All fitness levels and ages welcome
  • Move at your own pace with expert guidance
  • Everyone can do Pilates—no flexibility required!

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Optional: yoga block and resistance bands (if you have them)

More wellness programs coming soon, including a walking club—the most requested write-in program! Thank you to our dedicated volunteers who are planning and coordinating these community wellness initiatives.
