Join us for a calming and restorative evening of mindfulness practice in the peaceful setting of a local Buddhist temple.
This monthly session is centered on mindfulness meditation — the simple yet powerful practice of bringing awareness to the present moment with openness and care.
We begin with a guided sitting meditation, gently anchoring attention in the breath and body. This is followed by a mindfulness reading, offering a theme or reflection to support deeper awareness in daily life.
We then move into a walking meditation, allowing mindfulness to extend into movement and helping integrate the practice more fully.
The evening continues with a Dharma / wisdom reading and open discussion, creating space for shared insights, questions, and reflection in a supportive environment.
We close with tea and community connection—a warm, informal time to connect, reflect, and simply be together.
