First Wednesday of Every Month
Step into a space of calm, presence, and connection at a local Buddhist temple.
This monthly gathering is designed to help you fully unwind — physically, mentally, and emotionally — through a guided meditation experience and mindful community time.
We begin the month with a Total Body Relaxation Meditation, a gentle, guided body scan practice that invites you to release tension, reconnect with your breath, and settle deeply into stillness.
From there, we transition into a Walking Meditation, bringing awareness into movement and grounding the calm we’ve cultivated.
We then share a short Dharma / wisdom reading with open discussion, offering reflections and insights you can carry into your daily life.
Finally, we close with tea and community connection — a relaxed, welcoming space to chat, reflect, and simply be together.
Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice, this session offers a supportive environment to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
