Overview

Online sessions are offered with the HEART Peer Support team.*

Whether you are an experienced artist or someone who has never picked up a paintbrush, meditative art therapy is designed for anyone who wants to harness the healing power of art to transform their lives. In these sessions, you will explore methods to help you tap into your subconscious mind, process emotions, and create positive shifts in your life. This practice encourages emotional release, self-discovery, and the creation of new beliefs that support personal empowerment.

Online sessions are offered with the HEART Peer Support team for trauma survivors throughout Nevada, the Route 91 community, emergency responders in Clark County, and anyone impacted by any mass violence incident around the globe who has been approved for this no-cost integrative service through the Resiliency & Justice Center (previously known as the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center).

*Prior approval is required to participate. Requests can be submitted through the Resiliency & Justice Center's website or by calling 702-455-2433. Individuals only have to submit a request form once in order to sign up for this event or other integrative services. Visit ResiliencyAndJustice.org to learn more about additional services available, such as yoga and meditation/mindfulness.
