Mediterranean Kitchen weekend at the AMC Harriman Outdoor Center
Love good food and fresh air? This Mediterranean foodie weekend is made for outdoor lovers who like to keep things easy and open-ended.
Let us make CHOC Stone Lodge be our Mediterranean Kitchen this September.Love good food and fresh air? This Mediterranean foodie weekend is made for outdoor lovers who like to keep things easy and open-ended. It’s all about great flavors, sunshine, and the freedom to do your own thing.
Over the weekend, enjoy Mediterranean-inspired meals packed with fresh ingredients, bold herbs, and simple, honest cooking. Expect plenty of olive oil, grilled seafood, colorful vegetables, rustic breads, and shared plates that feel just as good eaten outdoors as they do at the table. We ask for All-Hands in helping preparing food, cooking and clean up together.
Between food highlights, the time is yours. Head out for a hike, explore nearby trails, swim, bike, or just stretch out in the sun with a coffee in hand. There’s no tight schedule—only space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature.
This weekend marks the third year of our leader hosting these much-loved Foodie Weekends. If you’ve been with us before, welcome home — it’s so lovely to have you back. And if you’ve already shared a table with us at a foodie weekend, you know the feeling… good food, familiar faces, and the kind of meet-ups that naturally turn into a tradition.
