Mediumship & Me: A Virtual Community Circle

Mediumship & Me: A Virtual Community Circle

Overview

Mediumship can feel lonely. You don’t have to walk the path alone.

Mediumship can be a beautiful calling…but it can also feel isolating. Many mediums find themselves navigating spiritual experiences, ethical questions, and personal growth without a supportive community to talk to.

Mediumship & Me is a gentle, community-centered circle for people exploring or practicing mediumship who want a grounded, respectful place to connect with others on a similar path.

This is not a performance space or gallery reading event. Instead, we gather to reflect, share experiences, discuss the responsibilities of spirit communication, and support one another as we develop our gifts with care and integrity.

Interested? You are welcome to sit with us, no matter if you are newly opening to spirit communication or have practiced for years.

What to Expect

• Each gathering lasts approximately 60 minutes and may include:

• A short grounding or opening reflection

• A brief discussion prompt related to mediumship development or ethics

• Community sharing (participants may share or simply listen)

There is no pressure to perform, demonstrate abilities, or give readings. Listening and being present is just as valued as sharing.

Community Agreements

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, participants agree to:

• Have their cameras on for the first few minutes of the meeting, for verification

Honor confidentiality within the circle

• Speak from personal experience rather than advising others

• Avoid cross-talk or interrupting during shares

• Obtain consent before offering any intuitive feedback

• Refrain from predicting death or offering medical or legal advice

This space is intended for peer support and development. It is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care.

Tickets

• Public Ticket: Donation-based (suggested $5–$25)

• Chicago Hoodoo Society Members: Free with member invite link

Space is intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate.

New public attendees will be asked to complete a brief welcome form prior to attending.

Who This Space Is For

This circle is open to individuals who:
