What's the Refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds are permitted. Because the megayacht cruises away, guests who arrive after departure cannot board, and no refunds are provided. Unused tickets have no cash redemption value.

What’s the difference between the Luxe ticket and the VIP ticket?

Both tickets include food, beverages, cruise and entertainment.  VIP tickets adds 1 hour early boarding, private reception, upgraded champagne, upgraded food options and deck 3 aft Lounge access.

For Luxe tickets, boarding starts at 5:45 PM .  For VIP tickets board at 4:45 PM.
