Join us at Garden Dreams for a hands-on workshop all about microgreens—those tender, nutrient-dense greens harvested just after sprouting. In this class, you’ll learn: What microgreens are and why they’re so popular The best seeds and soil mixes to use How to plant, water, and care for your trays Tips for harvesting and enjoying microgreens in your kitchen Each participant will get to plant their own mini tray of microgreens during the workshop and take it home to grow and harvest. Whether you’re brand new to gardening or a seasoned grower, you’ll leave with the know-how to keep fresh microgreens on hand year-round.
