National Wellbeing Week 2026

National Wellbeing Week 2026 takes place from Monday 22nd June to Sunday 28th June, offering a week-long programme of free online sessions designed for professionals across health, social care, social work, local government and the third sector.

<p>Wendy Armitage from NHS Lothian will lead this session which will introduce participants to the links between menopause symptoms, and how we think, feel, and act. Cognitive behavioural approaches can be an effective addition to help us cope with some of the challenging symptoms of menopause.  </p><p>The session will offer participants an opportunity to share some of their experiences and try some simple techniques which can help them live through the menopause.</p>
