Mindfulness in Nature Walk (Swartswood State Park)
Experience a chill Mindfulness in Nature Walk at Swartswood Lake to relax, breathe and soak in the good vibes outside!
Mindfulness in Nature Walk
There’s something about the way the light hits the water at Swartswood Lake that just makes you want to take a beat. If you’ve been feeling like your "tabs" are all open and your brain is a little too loud, come hang out with us for a guided Mindfulness in Nature Walk.
This isn't a power walk or a rigorous hike. It’s a slow, intentional stroll designed to help you actually notice the world around you—the rustle of the trees, the crisp air, and the feeling of just being present. Guided by a certified Kripalu Mindfulness in Nature instructor, you’ll learn simple grounding and breathing practices that you can take home and use whenever life gets a bit too hectic.
- Evening Session 6:00 - 7:00 pm: A great way to decompress, let go of the day’s stress, and transition into a peaceful night.
