Join us for a calming and supportive mindfulness meditation experience designed to help relax the mind and body, support the nervous system, and create space within.

Through guided mindfulness meditation, breath awareness, grounding practices, and intentional reflection, we gather to slow down, reconnect, and return to the present moment in a peaceful and welcoming environment.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have an established practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way. This experience is not about doing it “perfectly” — it’s about allowing yourself time to pause, breathe, and simply be.
