Week 3: Thoughts, Emotions, & Self-Compassion (“Be With It” Week)
This session invites you to shift your relationship with your inner world, learning how to observe thoughts and emotions without becoming them.
We’ll explore how thoughts can feel real without always being true, and begin to develop a deeper awareness of emotional patterns as they arise. Through guided practices, you’ll strengthen your ability to step back, notice, and choose your response with greater clarity.
You’ll also be introduced to self-compassion as a powerful tool for meeting your experience with kindness rather than judgment. This session encourages you to welcome each moment as it is and without resistance.
A reflective and transformative experience designed to help you relate to yourself with more understanding, awareness, and care.

A $35 fee per session is required and must be paid through the Life Time app. Payment secures your spot in the workshop and provides access to the club for the session.
