Week 2: Body Scan & Breath (Toolkit Week)
This session focuses on using the body and breath as anchors to bring you back to the present moment.
You’ll be guided through practices that build awareness of physical sensations and help steady your attention. We’ll explore simple breath techniques to support calm, focus, and emotional regulation.
A grounding, experiential session designed to give you practical tools you can return to anytime you need to reset.

A $35 fee per session is required and must be paid through the Life Time app. Payment secures your spot in the workshop and provides access to the club for the session.
