Week 4 (Letting go and integration:): This final session brings everything together, inviting you to embody mindfulness in your everyday life.
We’ll explore the practice of letting go: releasing control, softening resistance, and creating space for greater ease and freedom. Through reflection and guided practices, you’ll begin to notice what it means to move through life with less grasping and more trust.
We’ll close by integrating the tools from the series, reflecting on your personal growth, and identifying simple ways to carry this practice forward beyond the workshop.
