What can I expect?

You’ll receive a focused 20-minute bodywork session tailored to where your body is holding tension—primarily in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. These sessions are designed to offer meaningful relief in a short amount of time, leaving you feeling more grounded, open, and at ease.

What about gratuity?

The price of this mini session does not include gratuity. If you would like to thank Rebecca in any additional way, you can bring cash or Venmo @Rebecca-Briggs-22 (verify last four digits of phone xx-0116).

Where do I park?

You can find free street parking on 200 East or 900 South or park in one of our lots behind Maven CREATE off 200 East near the entrance of Art Haus or in our satellite parking lot on Edison Street, south of 900 South across from Store House.

Maven CREATE is located at 177 East 900 South and the main entrance is located on 900 South between Koo De Ker and The Land of Salt. When you arrive, please let yourself in and head to the second level to get checked in.

Is this only for Maven members?

No. This gathering is open to anyone seeking a supportive space to slow down and reconnect with their body.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the areas being worked on (neck, shoulders, back, and hips). You will be in a public setting and your clothes will remain on during the session.
