Early Whiskey that was produced in America was mostly a Rye Whiskey. It was mainly made in Maryland and Pennsylvania. The history of this whiskey included a rebellion, and different concentrations of grains and flavors. This course focuses on the areas where Rye Whiskey was made in Pennsylvania.

You will have tastings of various expressions presently made in the various Pennsylvania regions.
