Join guest teacher Gus Constantellis, author of "My Greek Mom's Recipes," for a livestream class that brings these skills into your own kitchen. We'll start with kolokithakia tiganita, zucchini rounds that get dredged, fried and served golden and crispy. You'll learn how to set up an efficient dredging station and manage oil temperature for perfect results every time.
