She is the founder of Adoption Evolution, a 501(c)(3) established in 2025 to advance education, validation, and advocacy for individuals impacted by adoption and foster care, while transforming how professionals are trained to understand and treat them. Adopted at birth during the Baby Scoop Era and discovering her adoption at age 11, Dr. Cronyn brings both lived and professional expertise to her work.
