Narcissism: The Hot Topic of the YearPlease note: This is a WOMEN ONLY event.Whether you think you might be in a relationship with a narcissist, have been in one before, or know someone who is or might be, this is an educational group created to spread awareness and help build a toolkit to better equip ourselves from becoming victims of manipulation, gaslighting, and many other parts of the vicious cycle.Learn how to recognize the signs faster, understand where you may be within the cycle, explore your role in it, and discover ways to care for and support yourself.Please note that although there will be light sharing, this is primarily an *educational event*.Guided journaling and community empowerment exercises will be included.If you feel you need deeper support or additional space to process, we highly recommend connecting with our community therapist, Lisa Kelsey, through her private practice.In community, we can heal together, and you are never alone!
