Naturalist Club: Water Quality, Conservation, and Protection
Part of the Cobb Water collection
Overview
Our Naturalist Club will meet at various Cobb libraries and cover a variety of topics.
Discover how your everyday actions affect local waterways. In this engaging program, we’ll break down your Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), explore topics such as PFAS (forever chemicals) and water quality, and explain how your personal water use fits into the broader picture of water conservation. Finally, we’ll highlight how common activities like lawn care, painting, and pressure washing can contribute to pollution and what you can do to help protect our streams and rivers.
