Join DBA on a nature & photography walk at Dodge Park so bring your camera or phone to capture the beauty of nature in the Fall.
Join Detroit Bird Alliance leaders Nicholas Yerkes and Kathy Garrett for a Fall afternoon enjoying nature and for photo opportunities at Dodge Park. Located in the heart of Sterling Heights and running along the Clinton River, Dodge Park is an excellent place for enjoying nature and for taking photos among the fallen leaves.
Downy, Hairy, and Red-bellied Woodpeckers, Blue Jays, Juncos, Cardinals, and White-throated Sparrows are abundant in November, and Tree sparrows as well! There is a great variety of trees at Dodge Park including Pawpaws, Hackberry, Black Walnut, Sycamore, Red Mulberry, and Blue Beech. Join us for a lovely fall walk in the woods!
