What species of sea turtle could we see on this walk?

Under the FWC permit, we can only view Loggerhead sea turtles.

Question 2

What should I bring/wear?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend wearing long pants, long sleeves, and comfortable shoes that you don't mind wearing on the beach. You should also bring bug spray, as the beach is quite buggy at night, and water. You do not need to bring a flashlight; the guides will have a red light to use as needed.

Is it guaranteed we will see a turtle?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will be able to witness a nesting sea turtle, but the guides will try their best to scout one for our group!
