What time should I arrive?

Boarding will begin at 11:30am. The boat will set sail promptly at 12:00pm. You are encouraged to arrive by 11:15am. No refunds will be granted for missing the sail time. This is a rain or shine event.

Where is taxi and rideshare dropoff?

If you are arriving by rideshare or taxi, you can be dropped off at the main entrance of Navy Pier, on the north dock at the Family Pavilion entrance, and Entrance 1. All locations are equipped with ramps.
