The NW Overland Rally is a fun, family-friendly event attracting adventurers who like to explore the backcountry. Just 2 hours from Seattle, the town of Plain is nestled in the Washington Alps. Come and camp on-site for the full experience or just come out for the day. Either way, you're bound to enjoy yourself.
Activities include 4WD instruction by certified instructors, a nightly campfire with prizes, classes include adventure photography, tire & vehicle repair, navigation, medical preparation, mountain biking, cooking, wine tasting, vehicle recovery training and more...

The NW Overland Rally is a kid and dog-friendly event. We love both kids and dogs, but we recognize that both need to be managed at a large event. Please keep an eye on your kids, and ensure they don't play in areas where vehicles may be moving about. ALL Dogs (even your well-behaved dog) must be leashed at ALL times, NEVER left in a locked vehicle (it can get hot very quickly), and PLEASE pick up any poop, regardless of who or what it comes out of...
Event is held Rain or Shine - no refunds on or after May 19, 2026. Eventbrite policy stipulates charging a ticket fee for refunds on/before May 19th .
Online ticket sales end Sunday June 14th at 11:59 pm.
Gates Open for prepaid ticketed attendees on Thursday at 1 pm (you can buy tickets after 3 pm on Thursday), you can buy tickets on Friday starting at 8 am, and Saturday starting at 8 am; Gates Close Saturday at 3 pm for new admissions. Gates close daily at 8 pm. Late arrivals park in designated spaces until 8 am when registration opens - no driving on the field after dark.
A Day Pass entitles One Person to attend the Rally for One Day, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, take all classes, participate in all trail rides, be given one free raffle ticket, and attend the campfire talk and raffle. No overnight camping, must leave after the raffle ends. This is for one day of the Rally; either Friday OR Saturday (no Thursday Day Passes will be sold). If you are sleeping offsite it is less expensive to purchase a single Early Bird weekend entry ticket than two Day Passes.
You must sign a Liability Waiver to enter or participate, and you must wear a wristband the entire weekend, and we reserve the right to refuse entrance/service to anyone at any time.
No Mini Bikes or Pit Bikes allowed.
