ON DEMAND: AHA Blended Heartsaver CPR/AED Course $65 - 2026

This is a blended course, meaning there are two parts:
1) ONLINE video modules and an
2) IN-PERSON CPR skill session

The blended learning Heartsaver® CPR/AED course includes:

• Adult, Child & Infant CPR
• How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• How to assist someone who is choking
• 2-year Heartsaver® CPR/AED AHA course completion card with CPR mask and gloves kit
  

The blended learning Heartsaver® CPR/AED course has two parts:

1. Online videos and guided interactive exercises (1 to 3 hours to complete). The online portion of the training may be completed in one session or broken up into several sessions.

2. In-person skills practice and testing session (approximately 30 minutes).
• Skills practice and testing is offered once a month on a Wednesday (except Nov & Dec).
• On the Wednesday (listed below) you can schedule your 30 minute session between the hours of 2:00pm to 5:00pm. (For example 2:00pm or 3:30pm, or 2:30pm)
• The training classroom at County Fire headquarters in Campbell, CA. Instructions on how to make an appointment will be provided.

READ BEFORE PURCHASING THIS COURSE:
SKILL TESTING DATES - Wednesdays, between the hours of 2:00pm and 5:00pm. Only purchase this course if you are available on one of these dates.

Next steps after registering through Eventbrite:

A) After registering, Eventbrite will immediately send you a confirmation receipt. THIS IS NOT THE VIDEO LINK.

B) After you receive the Eventbrite email confirmation, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your Heartsaver® CPR/AED course enrollment notification from the AHA Learning Portal which gives you access to begin the online training portion of the course. (Should you purchase your ticket Friday or over the weekend, expect to receive your online video link on Monday or Tuesday. If you've purchased your ticket on a holiday, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your online video link.)

You will be required to attend an in-person skills practice and testing session at the designated training classroom at County Fire headquarters in Campbell, CA. The online training portion of this course MUST be completed prior to your in-person practice and test session.

Recommended for 13 years and older. If the student is a minor, a parent or guardian is required to sign paperwork on his/her behalf at the beginning of the skills practice and testing session.

This course is open to individuals who live or work within the communities served by Santa Clara County Fire Department: Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Monte Sereno, San Martin, Saratoga and the surrounding unincorporated communities.
