Camping Noire Camping Trip Series

A series of restorative overnight camping experiences for Black women to rest, reconnect, and enjoy nature in community. Each trip offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and find joy under the open sky.

We're so happy to learn of your interest in the Camping Noire Weekend Wilderness Retreat.  Unfortunately, you've attempted to purchase tickets after the timeframe.  Although we cannot guarantee your participation, you may try to contact us via email to inquire about any last-minute vacancies.  Otherwise, please make sure you sign up for the mailing list so you can be in the know regarding future events.

Feeling tired of the daily grind? Craving a break from the chaos life throws your way? Well, this is your invitation to join us for a weekend of rest, relaxation, and celebration! It's time to kick back, enjoy the warmth of the campfire, and cherish the memories we've made throughout the season. As we gather for this special weekend, let's take a moment to appreciate the beauty of nature, reconnect with each other, and bid farewell to our amazing Camping Sistafriends. This is more than just a campfire – it's a chance to reflect, relax, and revel in the bond we've created. So, whether you're a seasoned camper or a newcomer, bring your whole self, and let's make this farewell weekend one to remember. There is no need for code-switching or Super Woman capes – just come as you are! We look forward to seeing you under the stars for a weekend filled with warmth, laughter, and the joy of good company. Please note that this is ONLY a sample menu and that the final meal selections are subject to change.  All meat products used for group meals are turkey.  Additionally, seafood may be included in some meals - if you have a seafood allergy, please notify our team in advance so alternative options can be considered. 

Please note that this is ONLY a sample itinerary and that the final weekend activities are subject to change based on weather, available campground amenities, or the energy of the group (sometimes, the group's vibe is very chill and we honor that by keeping the group activities minimal.)

Are there refunds? How do transfers work? We decided to write this as an aside to ensure everyone can view it. As a reminder, there are no refunds for camping tickets; however, original tickets are transferable to other people or future Camping Noire events if you choose to keep them for yourself. PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND BEFORE COMPLETING A TRANSFER REQUEST:<ul><li>Transfers and name changes are $25 per transfer.</li><li>If you purchase/sell a ticket, it’s your responsibility to make sure the $25 fee has been paid, and the ticket is actually transferable. </li><li>If you originally bought a transferred ticket, special promo ticket, or won a free ticket, it is non-refundable or transferable to another event or person. </li></ul>You have up to 72 hours after the event date to initiate a transfer request. <h3>SOME ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW: </h3> <ol><li>THE LOCATION OF THIS EVENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For safety reasons, we are constantly monitoring updates on campgrounds. Based on the information received, the final camping location MAY change. When this happens, we make every effort to reserve a backup campground within a 30-minute drive from the original location.</li><li>(!!) ALTERNATE PAYMENT OPTIONS. To bypass the Eventbrite fees, complete the event registration form here on Eventbrite, enter "3RDPARTYPAYEE" as the promo code during checkout, and submit. From there, proceed to CashApp to complete the payment ($CampingNoire). We will not follow up for incomplete payments, and final hike details will not be provided to unregistered hike participants, so don't hesitate to confirm receipt. </li></ol>
