Join Tualatin Riverkeepers & The City of Tigard for a nighttime paddle under the stars!
Join us for an opportunity to experience the Tualatin River at night! Tualatin Riverkeepers and the City of Tigard are partnering up to offer an evening paddle from Cook Park to explore and learn about the night life in our watershed via canoe and kayak. Once our eyes adjust to the dark, we'll watch for signs of the nocturnal and crepuscular wildlife that lives along the river and talk about what the many nighttime creatures are up to in our watershed. If we're lucky, we might see the stars too.
Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet, and leave as many valuables at home as possible. Please review the General Paddle Trip Information sheet before the paddle trip. REVIEW IT HERE. Register to bring your own boat or rent one of ours.
And don't forget! Tualatin Riverkeepers Members receive a $10 discount on their rental boat for Guided Paddle Trips! Send an email to riverrentals@tualatinriverkeepers.org for information about applying your discount code.
