Ready to turn plain pottery into colorful, glossy, food-safe masterpieces? In our Pottery Painting & Glazing Class, you get to pick your favorite bisque-fired piece from our collection and bring it to life with bold colors, fine detail, and your own creative flair!
🖌️ What to Expect
Our friendly and experienced instructors will walk you through techniques for layering colors, adding patterns, and mastering the magic of glaze. You don’t need any prior experience—just a love for creativity and a willingness to get a little messy!
✨ Why Glaze?
Glazing isn’t just about looks—it transforms your pottery into a glossy, durable, microwave-safe, oven-safe, and fully food-safe piece of art! Once you’re done painting, we’ll fire your piece at a blazing 2,000°F to lock in your design permanently.
📅 Pick-Up Policy
Your finished masterpiece will be ready for pick-up three weeks after your class. We will not call you when they are done, stop by studio during class hours to pick up Your piece.
We’ll hold your piece for 60 days—after that, any unclaimed works may be recycled or donated to make room for new creations.

🚗 Parking Tips:
• All parking is paid street parking.
• It’s Chicago—parking can be tricky! Please allow extra time to find a spot.
• We highly recommend walking, public transit, or taking an Uber or Lyft.
⏰ Timing Matters!
Classes start 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Walk-ins arriving 30+ minutes late will not be admitted.
Need to reschedule because of lateness? There’s a $15 per ticket rescheduling fee.
