Vendor, sponsor, and exhibitor setup may begin as early as 4:00 PM at Murph Park.

We kindly ask all booths and setup activities to be completed before the main event begins at 6:00 PM.

Is there a vendor or exhibitor fee?

At this time, participation is FREE for approved vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and community partners.

What do vendors/exhibitors need to bring?

Participants are responsible for bringing their own:

Tables
Chairs
Tent/canopy
Signage and promotional materials
Setup and display materials
Battery or solar-powered lighting/power supply if needed

Will electricity be available onsite?

No. Electricity will not be available onsite.

Vendors and exhibitors needing power are encouraged to bring their own solar-powered or battery-powered power supply units.

Yes. Food vendors are welcome pending approval and applicable permits/licenses.
