Join UpaDowna for a community bike ride for all levels taking off from various locations in Colorado Springs every Thursday!
Event Details: Join UpaDowna for our all-level community bike rides. We will Pedal Party from a different location each week.
Riders will get to enjoy post-ride refreshments with drink and food specials from our host sites: Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort, Goat Patch Brewing, Seven's Gate Taproom, & STIR at Wahsatch.
About Pedal Party: UpaDowna’s Pedal Party was created to provide an opportunity for cyclists of all ages and abilities to ride together in a safe and fun environment while teaching the basics of bicycling safety, etiquette, and rules of the road. In alignment with the mission of the Summit Series Programs, Pedal Party was designed to empower individuals to reach new goals for their health and wellness and to challenge their comfort zone while also finding camaraderie among the community while riding amongst our favorite route.
Cost: Pay what you can. At UpaDowna, we pride ourselves on accessibility for the outdoors. We do not want to let cost be a reason you cannot join our community! Check out our Season Pedal Party Pass rates:
- Recommended Donation Season Pass: $20
- Pay-it-Forward Season Pass: $25
- Minimum Donation Season Pass: $15
- Riders 18 years and under are FREE
- Need a Bike? Rental bikes are available for a $5 fee at each location thanks to Pike Ride. Rental bikes are limited and must RSVP’d in advance by 9:00 AM the day before, Wednesday. Please note the minimum age to rent a Pike Ride bike is 16 years of age.

About the Routes: Each ride is approximately 6-7 miles long. This is a community ride, not a race! Meaning there is no drop, and no cycler will get left behind as our Yeti Crew will be there to accompany all cyclists along the way. Routes will be a mix of roads and gravel - think the Pikes Peak Greenway!
Schedule: Every Thursday from June 4 to September 24 from 6-7:30pm. See below for locations.
Theme Rides: Celebrate with the Yeti Crew and come dressed up to match the theme. Best dressed will win a prize!
