He is the owner of The Wellness Institute of Chester County, a local Massage Therapy School in Exton, PA. What to Bring: Loose clothes that are easily removable or that easily expose the surface of the skin. A set of sheets (flat, fitted, and a pillowcase).Course Description: You will learn the theory and practice of the Pin and Stretch technique. We will be doing a thorough review of Anatomy, muscle origin, and insertion of the common culprits you see in practice, and a review of the common culprit muscle actions. You will also learn proper hand, grip, and direction of drag techniques to save your hands when utilizing this approach. With this information, you will be able to apply the concepts from this course to any muscle in the entire body. You’ll learn this technique for the most common muscles that you see issues with in practice. After this course, you will be able to take this information and apply it to other areas of the body.
