Introducing Pop Up Emergencies: Are You Ready, a hands-on workshop that will equip you with practical skills to handle different emergency situations.In the last several years, the U.S. has had major workplace incidents, road and transportation issues, terror incidents, and other unpredictable incidents. This course is an survival/prep class designed to prepare you for short term emergencies (6-24 hours) when you are away from home, likely in your car or work. The goal is to help you with the skills and preparation needed in an emergency situation. This course is part of our practical prepping seriesYou will learn the following skills:<ul><li>Creating a go-bag, and what it should contain</li><li>Communication devices if your cell phone does not have a signal</li><li>Turning your car into a command center</li></ul>Who Should Attend?<ul><li>People who want to be prepared for emergencies when they are on the road.</li><li>People who want additional peace of mind when traveling</li></ul>Do You Know?<ul><li>The average response time of tows companies exceeds 3 hours in 2023</li><li>Did you know more than 1M people were stuck in traffic jams for more than 6 hours (single occurrence) due to natural emergencies or weather incidents.</li><li>Did you know, power companies and government agencies are predicting more people will be stuck in traffic (4+ hours) and/or emergency situations away from home in excess of 9 or more hours</li><li>More Pop-up natural and man-made disasters are occurring when people are away from home and most people lack the proper preparation to deal with those situations.</li></ul>
